The role will be mainly field based, completing on-site assessments via tablet and sending reports to the office. Candidates must have experience in the completion of Fire Risk Assessments, and hold a professional qualification such as NEBOSH FC1 & FC2.

Summer
Laboratory Manager
Joined Salvum in 2016 as an administrator and quickly showed her qualities. She then trained to to be a laboratory analyst within the asbestos department after completing her P401 Qualification, which she passed with flying colours. She is now our Lab Manager.
Chris
Asbestos Surveyor
Joined the Salvum team in 2019 as an asbestos surveyor. Started as an asbestos surveyor and quickly went onto become a Senior Asbestos Surveyor. He is now training to be an Asbestos Auditor.

August 2013
Stuart and Ian establish Salvum, starting out in a small three-person office at Luton Basepoint Centre with big ambitions.
2014
August 2014
The company relocates to Essex, hires its first two surveyors, and moves into a larger six-person office in Ongar to accommodate growth.
2015
February 2015
Continued expansion leads to another upgrade, this time to a ten-person office in Ongar as demand for Salvum’s services increases.
2016
September 2016
Dan Yon joins the team with the goal of securing UKAS accreditation for asbestos inspections, bringing valuable expertise to the business.
2017
September 2017
A major milestone is reached as Salvum achieves UKAS accreditation, recognising the team’s dedication to excellence in asbestos inspections.
2018
March 2018
Salvum wins its first major award, the FSB Scale-Up Business Award, cementing its reputation as a fast-growing and innovative company.

The company celebrates its fifth anniversary, reflecting on its remarkable progress from a small start-up to a recognised industry player.

Salvum secures UKAS accreditation for its own laboratory, allowing greater independence and control over its asbestos analysis services.

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Salvum takes a bold step by purchasing a derelict warehouse to transform into its new headquarters.

Salvum is named a finalist at the Proper Awards for excellence, further affirming its reputation for high-quality work.

After years of moving between offices, the company finally settles into its brand-new headquarters, marking a new era of stability and growth.
