Payment will be required prior to or on the same day of the Asbestos Report, Fire Risk Assessment Report, Legionella Risk Assessment Report, Commercial Energy Performance Certificate por Health & Safety Report or any other services being released. Inspections will be undertaken prior to payment.
If written consent is given for the invoice to be paid after our services are released we require payment within 7 days of the survey date, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Salvum Limited.
If any payment due to the Salvum Limited is in arrears for more than 30 days, the Provider may charge interest on a day to day basis from the original due date until the date of payment in full, at Bank of England base rate (as at the date of the invoice).
Where an inspection is cancelled after payment, £10 will be deducted to cover costs. Our Services cannot be cancelled once an inspection has taken place, or within 24 hours of the inspection date. Inspections can only be postponed for up to one month from the original inspection, after which they will be treated as cancellations. Full payment will be required in this case.
Should the Provider postpone the original inspection for any reason, the client shall have 2 working days within which they can cancel the inspection at no cost and have their money refunded in full.
Should we take payment over the telephone for our services we do not keep Credit/debit Card details. Any such details are confidential and are destroyed after payment has been made.
Should the client wish to cancel any of our services prior to inspection/survey at no extra cost the client must notify Salvum 24 hours before the inspection/survey date.
