Why we take payment upfront:

We appreciate that some businesses operate on credit terms, however as an SME we have chosen a transparent, upfront model that benefits all clients and ensures we can continue to provide a reliable and high-quality service.

Disclaimer

Should we take payment over the telephone for our services we do not keep Credit/debit Card details. Any such details are confidential and are destroyed after payment has been made.

Cancellation Policy

At least 1 full working days’ notice must be given in the event of any cancellation, alteration or rescheduling of the appointment in order for a charge not to be incurred by the client. Should we receive cancellation, alteration or request to reschedule under 1 full working days’ notice our full fee is applicable. For example, should a survey/assessment be scheduled for a Monday the client will need to notify Salvum in writing on the Thursday before to avoid a cancellation fee being applicable.

A service cannot be cancelled once an inspection has taken place.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be made once our services have been provided or site survey has been undertaken.
