Once you are happy book an appointment for one of our friendly professional surveyors to come and undertake the survey
Survey Appointment
Our surveyor will arrive on the given date and undertake the survey providing professional advice throughout. With the latest technology they will gather the property data and photos with their iPads.
Survey Data
Once the survey is complete the data is sent to the office via their iPad and any samples are sent to our inhouse UKAS Accredited Laboratory for analysing.
Results & Report
Our administration team will collate the data and floor plans and then enter the analysis results. Our compliance procedure will then kick in whereby the report will be checked and ready for distribution to you. This is all completed within 2-3 days of the site survey.
Invoice is sent
Once the report is ready to be sent we will invoice you for payment. Payment can be made by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
Report Sent
Once payment is received the report is sent to you via email.

This isn't the end for us, once you've received the report we are here to talk you through it and advice on the next steps. We don't simply leave you to it. You can come back to us immediately, a week later and even a year later.
