• No assessments on a Friday, allocated for write up if needed. Nothing to write up? then take the day off.

• iPad with Fire Assessment App to complete assessments onsite and on the day.
• Regional work, no more travelling the length of the country.
• Enough time given onsite to complete the assessment and write it up
• £40k-£55k basic salary (subject to experience)
• Car allowance or company car plus fuel card
• Regular CPD

Candidates must have experience in the completion of Fire Risk Assessments, and have a recognisable and professional qualification in fire safety management and fire risk assessments from providers such as the Fire Protection Association, Fire Industry Association, Institute of Fire Engineers or NEBOSH.

Company car, Fuel Card, Android Tablet, Pension and optional Vitality Healthcare Insurance.

Further Training after completion of 6 months: P402 Asbestos Surveying, Legionella P901/P903, NEBOSH General Certificate.
