Payment

Payment will be required prior to or on the same day of the Asbestos Report, Fire Risk Assessment Report, Legionella Risk Assessment Report or Health & Safety Report or any other services being released. Inspections will be undertaken prior to payment.

If written consent is given for the invoice to be paid after our services are released we require payment within 7 days of the survey date, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Salvum Limited.

If any payment due to the Salvum Limited is in arrears for more than 30 days, the Provider may charge interest on a day to day basis from the original due date until the date of payment in full, at Bank of England base rate (as at the date of the invoice).

Our Services cannot be cancelled once an inspection has taken place, or within 24 hours of the inspection date. Full payment will be required in this case.

Should the Provider postpone the original inspection for any reason, the client shall have 2 working days within which they can cancel the inspection at no cost and have their money refunded in full.

Disclaimer

Should we take payment over the telephone for our services we do not keep Credit/debit Card details. Any such details are confidential and are destroyed after payment has been made.

Cancellation Policy

At least 1 full working days’ notice must be given in the event of any cancellation, alteration or rescheduling of the appointment in order for a charge not to be incurred by the client. Should we receive cancellation, alteration or request to reschedule under 1 full working days’ notice our full fee is applicable. For example, should a survey/assessment be scheduled for a Monday the client will need to notify Salvum in writing on the Thursday before to avoid a cancellation fee being applicable.

A service cannot be cancelled once an inspection has taken place.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be made once our services have been provided or site survey has been undertaken.
